Q: How long does it take to develop my site? I'm in a hurry and would like it as soon as possible.
A: A basic 5-page site can be developed from the ground up in about four weeks, depending on our workload. However, the deciding factor is often the client. Stonecreek Media works as fast as possible on your site, but we are limited by the time it takes you to provide us with content (copy, photos, etc.) The more pages you want on your site and the more functionality you need, the longer it will typically take. Remember, you can't rush quality.
Q: Can Stonecreek Media help me with the content for my site?
A: To an extent, yes. Stonecreek Media does offer minimal copywriting services as well as custom graphic element design services. We are happy to assist you with suggestions on content and presentation, and can develop promotional copy and material for your site. However, the bulk of the content is traditionally best left to the client. Feel free to contact us with more questions about this service.
Q: I have no experience with HTML or web work. Can Stonecreek Media maintain my site for me?
A: Yes. We offer site maintenance work for this purpose. This work is billed at an hourly rate and can be for just about anything you want done to your site. Design changes, updates, content changes...you name it. Site maintenance is billed on a per-request basis and has a 15-minute minimum charge. Contact us for more information.

Q: Does Stonecreek Media provide hosting services?
A: No. Stonecreek Media is a media design firm only. After more than 10 years in the IT industry, we feel that website hosting is best left to companies that have invested in the infrastructure, equipment and bandwidth necessary to provide quality hosting.
Q: Does Stonecreek Media provide Domain Name registration services?
A: No. Again, we feel that this is best left to companies that are set up to provide this type of service. However, we will assist you in selecting a registration service and with the process of registering your specific domain name.
